SHIPPING POLICY
PDR INOX LLC is the operator of www.pdrinox.com (Website). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure a mutual understanding of our services and protect both parties.
1. GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We maintain accurate stock counts, but occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to decide whether to await restocking or receive a refund.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase. This will be the final shipping cost to the customer.
3. WARRANTY RETURNS
PDR INOX LLC honors valid warranty claims submitted within 30 days of receipt. Customers pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful claim. Claims are processed within 7 days of receipt. Once confirmed, you may choose (a) a full refund to your payment method or (b) a replacement item.
4. DELIVERY TERMS
4.1 Transit Time Internationally: To provide the best global service, we partner with premium carriers like FedEx. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, estimated delivery windows are as follows:
• Europe (FedEx Express): 1 - 4 Business Days
• Europe (FedEx Economy): 7 - 12 Business Days
• United States (FedEx Express): 2 - 4 Business Days
• Rest of the World (Express Cargo): 2 - 5 Business Days
*Please note that these transit times are estimates and start after the order has been dispatched from our facility.
4.2 Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 business days (unless a specific holiday delay or production notice is indicated on the store). We operate Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address: We can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.4 Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will wait for availability before dispatching the full order.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time exceeds the forecast, please contact us for an investigation.
5. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be automatically sent to your email. For further inquiries regarding tracking information, please contact our customer service.
6. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact us. If already delivered, please contact customer service for next steps.
7. DUTIES, TAXES & REFUND CONDITIONS
While customers may be liable for import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, PDR INOX LLC offers a comprehensive refund policy.
If a product is returned in its original, undamaged condition, PDR INOX LLC will issue a full refund including the initial shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes paid at the time of purchase. This refund will be processed within 15 business days.
8. CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
9. INSURANCE
9.1 Damaged in Transit: We process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
9.2 Lost in Transit: We process a refund or replacement once the courier deems the parcel lost.
