REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of product delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free of damage, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, we will issue a full refund for the product. The total amount will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days. Our return and refund procedures are fully compliant with the EU Right of Withdrawal regulations.
